  • Remaining 20 living hostages to be released along with 1,900 Palestinian prisoners: Hamas makes clear

On Monday, Hamas handed over 20 of its hostages to the Red Cross. Hamas has finally released 20 of the hostages it held after two years of fighting in the devastated Gaza Strip.

The physical and mental condition of the hostages is not yet officially known. However, Hamas has made it clear that after the release of the seven prisoners, the other 20 living hostages will be released when Israel releases 1,900 Palestinians.

The seven hostages who were released were embraced by their families, who were in tears of joy as they met their families.

The reunion was shown on big screens in all cities of Israel, including Tel Aviv. Israelis are waiting for the release of the other hostages.

Meanwhile, US President Donald Trump has said that the US effort to implement Trump’s post-war plan with other leading world leaders will reach Tel Aviv, from where it will reach the Egyptian sea resort of Sharm el-Sheikh on the Red Sea coast of the Sinai Peninsula and will discuss activities to establish order in the Gaza Strip after the war that has been going on for the past two years.

Now, about 200 US soldiers have reached the Gaza Strip to monitor the orderly arrival of humanitarian relief aid that has begun to be sent to the Gaza Strip.
