The Indian Air Force, which thwarted all Pakistani attacks during Operation Sindoor, is now busy with a new security mission. The Indian Air Force is going to build an air defense system better than the American Golden Dome and Israel’s Iron Dome.
The Indian Air Force currently has two dome-like air defense systems, but they are designed to thwart air attacks from China and Pakistan.
The Air Force is now focusing on building the most modern and smart air defense system to provide defense to the entire country. Work is also underway on drones that can be launched from helicopters around enemy areas. The Air Force Design Bureau has prepared blueprints for many such aerial systems.
On the other hand, Russia will soon replace the S-400 air defense system missiles used to thwart enemy air attacks in Operation Sindoor. Apart from this, another S-400 system will be received from Russia in a month or two. Its second squadron will be supplied in 2026. A squadron has 256 missiles.
