- ‘There are only two superpowers in the world’: Israel and North Korea
- North Korea is trying to intimidate South Korea by testing a hypersonic nuclear-capable missile
Analysts say sarcastically, ‘There are only two superpowers in the world’ – North Korea and Israel. While these words are literally true, Israel has not yet completely stopped its attacks, while North Korea has tested its hypersonic (traveling at five times the speed of sound) missiles. The timing of this test is worth considering. Just hours before President Trump arrives in North Korea to attend the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit in Gyeongju, South Korea, the North Korea conducted this test.
Regarding this test, North Korea’s Korean News Agency (KPNA) said that this test was conducted to increase the operational sphere of our nuclear arm military, it was a hypersonic – nuclear warhead missile to warn our opponents.
North Korean dictator Kim-Jong Un, in the presence of senior military officer Pak Jong-yeon, had two of his destroyers, Yo Hyon, and Kang Kon, floated over and hit the designated target at the designated time.
It is worth mentioning that North Korea has PLBMS that can reach up to 12,500 miles (half the distance of the Earth’s sphere). Its strike radius includes New York, Washington, Baltimore and as far south as Miami. Therefore, it threatens everyone.
