- Asif does not seem to have studied history: Analysts
- India was not one except during Aurangzeb’s time, Pakistan was formed in the name of Allah: Khwaja Asif
Pakistan’s Defense Minister Khwaja Asif has once again started a war against India, and has clearly said that the possibility of war with India is quite real. It is not possible to deny that possibility.
In an interview given to Samba TV, Asif continued an almost imagined war against India unabated. In it, he also said that if war breaks out, Pakistan will stand united, but the question is whether India will remain united.
He further said that we do not want war, but its dangers are increasing, and I do not deny it. If war breaks out, then Inshallah we will be able to achieve even better results than before.
Along with this, Asif also said that India was never one except during the time of Aurangzeb, and Pakistan was formed in the name of Allah. Asif further said: Pakistanis fight among themselves at home but when it comes to war with India, they become one.
He further said: History shows that India was never one nation, it became one for some time only during the reign of Aurangzeb.
Khwaja Asif made these statements after Indian Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi warned Pakistan that stop state-sponsored terrorism or else you will be wiped off the world map.
After these statements of Gen. Dwivedi, Pakistani leaders including Khwaja Asif have made a series of fiery statements against India. As part of this, Khwaja Asif had uttered fiery words against India.
General Dwivedi had warned Pakistan that if Pakistan attacks now, India will not maintain the restraint it maintained during Operation Sindoor. General Dwivedi, who had arrived in Bikaner area to inspect India’s war preparations and the arrangement of soldiers and their facilities in the border region, had warned Pakistan from the border itself and said that the response given now will make Pakistan think about whether it will survive on the map. India is fully prepared this time.
After 26 innocent civilians were killed by Pakistani-inspired terrorists in Pahalgaon in Jammu and Kashmir, India carried out Operation Sindoor, in which the Indian Air Force destroyed five terrorist camps under Pakistan’s occupation and four terrorist camps in Pakistan’s Punjab, in which the headquarters of Jaish-e-Mohammed in Bhagalpur and the headquarters of Lashkar-e-Taiba in Muridke were also destroyed. Pakistan’s air defense system was also destroyed.
After independence, there have been four wars between the two countries. First, in 1947, immediately after independence, there was a war over Jammu and Kashmir, then there was a ceasefire, but Pakistan has suppressed some parts. In 1965, there was also a war over Kashmir, in which Pakistan was defeated, the Soviet Union brought about a ceasefire. In 1971, there was a Bangladesh war, in which East Pakistan became independent and Bangladesh was formed. On 16 December 1971, 93 thousand Pakistani soldiers surrendered. In the Kargil war in 1999, Pakistan also had to retreat after being beaten.
