A school shooting in the Austrian city of Graz on Tuesday (June 10) left 11 people dead and several others injured. According to police, the shooter entered a classroom and opened fire indiscriminately. The victims included students, teachers and others. However, the suspected attacker is said to be a student, who also committed suicide after the shooting. His body was found in the school bathroom. According to reports, a student arrived at the Borg Dreyerschutzengasse high school in the city of Graz with a gun and started shooting indiscriminately at people who came in front of him. The student then went to the washroom and shot himself, committing suicide. Police spokesman Sabri Yorgun said, “A special force was sent to the high school after receiving information about the incident at 10 am (Austrian time). The school has been evacuated and both students and staff have been moved to a safe location. The incident is currently being investigated.”
