World’s first AI minister pregnant! Will give birth to 83 children, shocking announcement of Albanian PM

Amidst the growing influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI), a report has emerged from Albania. Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama said during the Global Dialogue Conference held in Berlin, Germany, that ‘The world’s first government minister based on AI, Diella, is pregnant and will give birth to 83 children.’ Everyone present was surprised by this announcement of the Prime Minister, although this pregnancy means a big step in the field of technology.

The 83 children that Prime Minister Edi Rama talked about are actually 83 new AI assistants. These AI assistants will be prepared for each Member of Parliament (MP) of the ruling Socialist Party. He said, ‘Today we took a big risk with Diella and we did very well. So for the first time Diella is pregnant and she will give birth to 83 children.’ The move shows that the Albanian government is ready to adopt artificial intelligence in governance and administration on a large scale.

The 83 new AI assistants will be fully operational by the end of 2026. These ‘AI babies’ will participate in parliamentary sessions, record all debates and events, and advise their bosses (MPs) on which issues to counterattack or how to respond. Diala’s entire knowledge (data and algorithms) will be transferred to them.

Notably, Diala, which means sun in Albanian, is the world’s first AI-generated government minister, depicted as a woman dressed in traditional Albanian attire. She was appointed in September to make Albania’s public procurement system completely transparent and corruption-free.
